How much does the complete weight loss program cost?
It depends entirely on how many services have been combined to create your specific program. Everyone is unique and requires different amounts of each service to guarantee success. For some, hypnotherapy alone is all that is required to permanently change their eating habits and get results. For others, hypnotherapy is combined with life coaching, fitness training, and a customized nutrition program to optimize their progress and ensure they reach their goals.
That being said, part of customizing a program for you is creating one that works within your budget. It's Asher's policy to never turn someone away for money who truly wants help and he has developed a variety of creative ways to customize a program to fit almost anyone's budget.
How does Asher's services compare with other weight loss hypnosis services?
Not only is Asher a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist with training that far exceeds most other hypnotists, he also had 15 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, Medical Exercise Specialist, and nutritional counselor. He's worked in a variety of settings to help clients with a variety of emotional and physical issues related to their weight achieve their goals and become healthier and happier people while living more fulfilling lives.
If you are going to work with a Hypnotherapist for weight loss, why not work with one who is not only one of hte most highly trained in his field, but is also an expert in fitness and nutrition and has the experience it takes to get clients the results they need, want, and deserve?
How much weight can I expect to lose and how quickly?
It depends on how much weight you have to lose and the extent of the emotional and psychological issues that have been sabtoging your success. Generally speaking, the more weight you have to lose the more quickly you lose body fat in the beginning. If you are only doing hypnotherapy, most see significant results by the third session. If you are combining hypnosis with fitness and nutrition it greatly acclerates the results.
While it's impossible to give an exact answer to this question, results will definitely be faster than any other healthy program for weight loss and by reprogramming the subconscious mind you will also keep it off.
Outside of sessions with Asher, what am I expected to do on my own?
For your hypnotherapy you will be provided a subconscious programming CD of your first session that Asher recommends listening to as often as possible in between your hypnotherapy sessions with him. Beyond that, if you are also involved in the fitness and nutrition aspects fo the program you may have homework there as well that can range anywhere from simply walking more to a complete fitness program depending on your goals and medical history.
What if I have a nutrition and/or fitness program that I want to combine with hypnotherapy?
No problem! Asher will be more than happy to integrate hypnotherapy into your existing program. Many clients when they begin Hypnotherapy are already involved in Weight loss or fitness programs and use hypnotherapy to acclerate their results and ensure they don't sabotage themselves by regaining the weight.
